After 90 days if we have not received verification, substitute receipt or repayment, WageWorks assumes the card swipe is for a nonqualified expense and your card may be suspended. Notification of pending suspension will be sent to your email address on file. Your card will be reinstated once we have verified the outstanding transactions.
